Hi, I'm Sarah.

I've called Grand County home since 2019, when I finished my Exercise Science degree at Slippery Rock University and moved west. After several years working across the valley, I fulfilled a long-held dream and graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2023.

My approach blends my exercise science background with an integrated bodywork practice — Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and craniosacral techniques all woven together to meet your body where it is.

I also have a deep passion for energy work, and I aim to create a grounded, nurturing space where each client is invited to come home to their body through breathwork and mindfulness during their session.
